To the full extent permitted by law, but subject to the terms and conditions of sale referred to below, we disclaim all warranties and representations (whether implied or expressed) as to the accuracy of any information contained on this Site.
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions the following definitions apply.
Contract. The contract for sale by us and purchase of Goods by you.
Goods. The range of plants and garden products which are available for purchase from this site in accordance with the terms.

This Site should only be used for information purposes. Romarc is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from your use of or inability to use this Site. Romarc does not guarantee that this Site will operate free of error or that it is free from computer viruses or any other contaminating computer program.
We will not be liable to you or in breach of the Contract for delay or failure to perform due to any causes beyond the reasonable control of Romarc or its suppliers, including, but not limited to, acts of god, civil commotion, industrial dispute, riots, flood, and legislation.

Any details which you provide to us from which we can identify you are held and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
All prices quoted are in British pounds (£) and include Value Added Tax (VAT) where applicable. If the price goes up or down in between you placing and receiving your order, we will honour the original price.
We aim to display only items that are in stock and which can be dispatched to you quickly. From time to time we may sell out of some lines, in which case we will aim to advise you within the 10-14 day delivery period. If this does occur, you will be given the opportunity to order an alternative or receive a full refund for the full price you paid.
Romarc makes no representation as to the goods, items, products or services referred to in, or sold from, this Site as being available or suitable for use.
Products sold on Romarc.co.uk are for use in a domestic setting. If you wish to purchase items for commercial use please contact Romarc Customer Services on 0207 297 2224 to discuss your product needs. Products for use in commercial settings get more wear and tear than in a domestic setting and are necessarily more robust. For this reason we request that you contact us to discuss your requirements.
If you change your mind about anything you order, you can cancel that order free of charge so long as you do so within 14 working days of receipt of goods. You do not have to provide any reason for cancellation. Goods may be on their way to you. We will cancel any such order without charging you, with the exception that we reserve the right to make a charge for the return of the goods when necessary. In the event of cancellation we guarantee to refund your money within 30 days.
We aim to deliver goods of the highest quality. Where the Goods are products we warrant that they will meet their specification.
Romarc reserves the right ot remove, modify or change, without notice, any information on this Site from time to time. Romarc may change these terms at any time by posting notice of the changes on the Site. If you use the Site after Romarc has posted the changes you will be bound by the new terms. You should therefore ensure that you read the terms each time you use the Site.
E-mails to you will be sent to the address you specify to us. You must only provide us with a valid e-mail address and it is your responsibility to inform us of any changes to that address.
To the extent that any provision of these terms is found by any court or authority to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be deemed not to be a part of these terms and will not affect the enforceability of the remainder of these terms, nor will it affect the validity, lawfulness or enforceability of that provision in any other jurisdiction.
The headings in these terms are for convenience only and do not affect their interpretation.
These terms supercede any representation made by us or any of our employees or agents.
The consumer's contract with Romarc does not effect the consumer's statutory rights.
These terms and your use of this Site are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and any disputes will be decided only by the Courts of England and Wales.
Please note that some of the products on Romarc.co.uk are flatpacked, so some assembly will be required.
The following is for guidance only and does not affect the Terms and Conditions.
We want you to be delighted with your order, so if you are unhappy with your goods you can return any item in its original condition, for any reason within 14 days of receipt of goods for a replacement or a refund. Transit damages and shortages must be notified within 48 hours.
Please note that if you are returning an item which is not faulty or damaged, only not suitable, then you are liable for the delivery charge to return the item to us. We can arrange a collection (please call customer services on 020 8297 2224 to establish the cost for return of your order) or you can send the order back via the post office.
All items must be returned to us before a refund or replacement is issued.
Refunds will be issued within 7 days of us receiving the goods back from you.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
If we have made an error with your delivery or you wish to return an item for any reason, please call our customer services department on 020 8297 2224 or by completing the form on our contact us page and we will organise for your parcel to be collected and a replacement or refund processed.
